2. Data processed

The personal data we process is that voluntarily provided by the user through the contact forms on this website or via email: name, email address and the content of the message.

We do not process specially protected data, nor do we carry out automated evaluations or profiling.

3. Purpose of processing

The data provided through the contact forms is used exclusively to manage and respond to enquiries, information requests, collaboration proposals and participation in the association's projects or programmes.

4. Lawful basis

The lawful basis for processing is the data subject's express consent, given by checking the box accepting this privacy policy when submitting the form (Art. 6.1.a GDPR).

5. Recipients

No data is transferred or communicated to third parties, except where required by law. No international data transfers are made.

6. Retention periods

Data will be retained for the time strictly necessary to fulfil the purpose for which it was collected and, in any case, for the legally applicable period. It will then be deleted.

7. Rights of data subjects

Any person has the right to obtain confirmation as to whether Colores del Mundo is processing personal data concerning them or not.

Likewise, they have the right to access their data, rectify it, delete it, object to its processing, request its limitation or, where appropriate, request the portability of their data. To exercise these rights, they must send an email to somoscoloresdelmundo@gmail.com, enclosing a copy of an identification document.

Likewise, and especially if you consider that you have not obtained full satisfaction in the exercise of your rights, you may file a claim with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD), through its electronic headquarters (www.aepd.es) or at its offices (C/ Jorge Juan, 6, 28001 Madrid).
